RACP Office Fitout

Spread over three levels in a mid-century office building in Wellington, the brief required a comfortable and vibrant work space for management and admin teams. An existing low ceiling generated the idea of oval cutouts in the suspended ceiling to allow the concrete structure to be exposed. This theme was explored with the light fittings and in the meetings rooms with floating panels.

As a venue for physicians to meet other health and government officials, there was a requirement to display an celebrate items that illuminate the rich history of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. Textured wallpaper, timber detailing and subdued yet saturated colour complete the picture. JMA worked closely with management and staff to incorporate their vision and ideas into the finished result.

Every detail from signage to fabrics and ergonomic furniture was selected towards the aim of a holistic, healthy and beautiful home for the RACP deep in the heart of Wellington.
